This season’s Viktor&Rolf Tulle Fall/Winter 2020 collection features a variety of playful and outspoken tulle pieces inspired by the Viktor&Rolf Haute Couture Surreal Satin collection. Three- dimensional satin daisies emerge from the garments as wallflowers plucked out of a 70s wallpaper. Tactile artworks are crafted out of a multitude of intricately placed tulle ruffles, a continuation of ‘Fashion Statements’ banal slogans in the form of emoticons.
The collection features a bold take on evening gowns crafted with iconic Viktor&Rolf elements such as colorful layering, asymmetric volants and a degradé of tiered tulle ruffles. Garments are adorned with laser cut artworks embellished with intricate embroideries and elegant illusion necklines.
