Through six separately designed groups, this collection showcases the many varying aspects within UNDERCOVER.
1: Pablo
Inspired by Picasso’s Blue Period, each piece in this group is constructed using fabric transfer-printed with original oil paintings by Jun Takahashi.
2: 006
Six individuals, each with their own unique psychic abilities, dressed all in pieces designed and constructed using layers of differing black fabrics joined together at the side or shoulders in seemingly random placement with ribbons, buckles, or feathers.
3: P.S.
A mix of materials have been combined to pay homage to Patti Smith.
4: CUTE & MADNESS
In this fairy tale world the cuteness and madness of girls dream’s comes together. This is reflected through a series of loungewear and sleepwear pieces featuring Sanrio characters in unique prints.
5: coexistence
Dressed in reconstructed workwear from the past, this clan lives in the future alongside Grace, the creature created by Jun Takahashi.
6: The Royal Family of the basement
Dressed in streetwear decorated with costume jewels, they are the royal family of the basement.
