This is one of the first collections of Alexander McQueen, where we can see very recognizable identity of the designer and several design patterns, which were multiplied and repeated later by many designers, and specially by Iris van Herpen.
This last collection of Alexander McQueen is indeed a magic wonder of technology, beauty and futuristic inventions. Each and every piece is a triumph of creativity. And it is almost understandable why Iris van Herpen was more just inspired, but tried to repeat and replicate this great genius.
