Louis Vuitton Cruise 2020 New York. RUNWAY MAGAZINE ® Collections. RUNWAY NOW / RUNWAY NEW

Louis Vuitton Cruise 2020 New York. Another cruise collection has been shown today in New York. This time by Luis Vuitton. Artistic Director Nicolas Ghesquière made an appointment with fashion public in Terminal 5 of John F. Kennedy International Airport, TWA Flight Center designed by architect Eero Saarinen in 1962 and listed as National Historic Landmark.

Although this Louis Vuitton Cruise 2020 collection was not related to any history or landmarks, maybe to an airport at some point. This collection is a futuristic fantasy about pilots, spiced up by flashes back in silhouettes from 80s, big shoulders, long masculine jackets and bombers included. Some looks reminded the stewardesses cute outfits. Although Nicolas Ghesquière stripped them out from the cuteness, and left them only with geometric forms.
